Whether exploring the fabulous hiking trails in the area or just stopping by the leasing office for a treat, we know that you and your pets will love the peaceful environment that Orchard Park Apartments has to offer. We love our pets as much as our residents love their new home!
 
Pets Welcome Upon Approval.
Two pets allowed per apartment.
Maximum weight limit of 35 pounds.
Pet deposit is $500 per animal.
Pet rent is $30 per pet.
There is a $50 non-refundable dog registration fee.
Must provide all shot records and Local Ordinance required registrations.
